Meet the Team

Brett began his first project in 1991 with the completion of his first home in 1993. Being the backbone of Team Pritchard is no small feat. Growing from 12 to nearly 30 employees in a little over 2 years is a testament to his hard work and care for his team as well as his clients.

Pritchard Development Corp has several teams specialized in commercial building and development in addition to an extensive excavation crew.

Brett has focused on creating a workplace community and culture that encompasses teamwork, collaboration, and safety above all else.

With the addition of Brian joining the Pritchard Team in May 2023 his experience in excavating and site development goes back over 20 years.

Brian’s background in the construction industry is in addition to his vast understanding of business management.

Brian is working closely with our team to continue building the culture that has been created.

Jerry joined Team Pritchard in November 2022, bringing 30 years of experience in the construction industry. 

Starting as a laborer/operator, Jerry has worked his way through all facets of the industry to his current position as a Senior Project Manager.

Jerry has proven himself as an industry leader. He has been instrumental in advancing the site division at a high-speed pace.

Jerry’s dedication to Team Pritchard is an example of the culture that has been created within the company.

Charity joined Team Pritchard part-time in October 2019, and began full-time in January 2020 filling a need within the growing company as office manager.

Charity brings to the company over 15 years of experience running her family business which turned into 6 years of owning her own business.

While continuing to lead the office, Charity has grown into managing the finances as well. She has built strong relationships with our clients and associated subcontractors to ensure that everything runs smoothly between the office and field.

Charity has been an instrumental part in the success of the fast-track growth Pritchard Development Corp has had. Her willingness to do whatever is needed for PDC is a true example of the culture that has been created within the team.

Alexis has been a tremendous addition to Team Pritchard’s office side. Her quick wit and innovative ideas are helping PDC build great brand recognition while adapting to our ever changing, fast-paced environment.

She collaborates with all levels of the team and is skillful with her communication and problem-solving solutions. She demonstrates a willingness to help other colleagues and the administration with whatever task needs to be addressed.

Alexis has a great understanding of the culture that surrounds Pritchard Development Corp and has become a positive part of that environment in a short amount of time.

Jon started at the young age of 16, already having knowledge of the industry from his father. He started as a laborer and operator and now oversees several projects and teams simultaneously.

Jon joined as the Site Superintendent and works closely with Team Pritchard to ensure projects run as expected and stay on schedule.

Jon has been and will continue to be very instrumental in the growth of the company long term. The time he puts in ensuring his team has what they need to be successful does not go unnoticed. His dedication to the success of the company is an example of the culture that has been created within the office and the field.

Kyle began his journey with Pritchard Development Corp in September 2020, being a great addition to our Residential/Carpentry division.

He brought his 35 years of experience in building construction along with his knowledge of equipment operation to help the site development team as well.

He is now a key component of PDC as the Building Superintendent. His extensive knowledge has helped Pritchard Development Corp expand our building team to include all aspects of a project from the groundbreaking to building completion.

Kyle leads his team with the same ideals and culture that PDC prides itself on. We appreciate the hard work and dedication that Kyle puts into all projects.
